The Ankle Alphabet is a dynamic ankle mobility exercise involving drawing the alphabet with your toes. Enhance ankle flexibility and reduce stiffness for better movement in sports and daily activities.

Starting position

  1. Sit or stand comfortably with one foot lifted slightly off the ground.
  2. Using your big toe as a 'pen,' draw the letters of the alphabet in the air.

Motion

  1. Perform the alphabet sequence with controlled movements of your ankle.
  2. Switch sides when prompted; you don't need to complete the entire alphabet on one side.
Tips
  1. Maintain a slow and controlled pace to maximize the stretch.
  2. Focus on articulating each letter to engage the full range of motion.
