Knee-to-Chest Pulls
Repeat for each leg/arm

Knee-to-Chest Pulls are a gentle stretch to improve hip flexibility. While lying on your back, bring one knee at a time towards your chest, holding briefly for a deep stretch.

Starting position

  1. Lie on your back with legs extended.
  2. Bend one knee and bring it towards your chest.

Motion

  1. Hold the knee close to your chest for the designated time.
  2. Feel a gentle stretch in your hip.
  3. Switch to the other leg, bringing the opposite knee towards your chest.
  4. Repeat the movement when prompted.
Tips
  1. Maintain a relaxed neck and shoulders during the stretch.
  2. Engage your core for added stability.
