Knee-to-Chest Pulls are a gentle stretch to improve hip flexibility. While lying on your back, bring one knee at a time towards your chest, holding briefly for a deep stretch.
Starting position
- Lie on your back with legs extended.
- Bend one knee and bring it towards your chest.
Motion
- Hold the knee close to your chest for the designated time.
- Feel a gentle stretch in your hip.
- Switch to the other leg, bringing the opposite knee towards your chest.
- Repeat the movement when prompted.
Tips
- Maintain a relaxed neck and shoulders during the stretch.
- Engage your core for added stability.
