Neck Circles
Repeat for each leg/arm

Neck Circles are a dynamic stretch involving circular movements of the head. Rotate your head gently in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions to release tension and improve neck flexibility.

Starting position

  1. Sit or stand with a straight spine and relaxed shoulders.
  2. Keep your chin parallel to the ground.

Motion

  1. Initiate small circles with your head in a clockwise direction.
  2. Gradually increase the size of the circles as you continue the motion.
  3. When you hear 'switch sides', reverse the direction and rotate your head counterclockwise.
  4. Continue the circular motion for the duration of the exercise.
Tips
  1. Perform the circles slowly and without force.
  2. Maintain relaxation in your shoulders throughout the movement.
