Starting position

- Extend your arms out to the sides at shoulder height, palms facing forward.
Motion
- Inhale as you bring your arms forward, crossing them in front of your chest.
- Feel a stretch across the chest and shoulders.
- Exhale as you return to the starting position, opening your arms wide.
- Repeat the motion for the timer duration.
