Pec Deck Stretch

The Pec Deck Stretch is a seated or standing stretch that targets the pectoral muscles, enhancing chest flexibility for improved range of motion.

Starting position

  1. Sit or stand with a straight spine.
  2. Extend your arms out to the sides at shoulder height, palms facing forward.

Motion

  1. Inhale as you bring your arms forward, crossing them in front of your chest.
  2. Feel a stretch across the chest and shoulders.
  3. Exhale as you return to the starting position, opening your arms wide.
  4. Repeat the motion for the timer duration.
Tips
  1. Adjust the width of your arm movement to target different areas of the chest.
