Starting position
- Lie face down on the floor with arms extended to the sides.
- Palms should be facing down, and feet should be hip-width apart.
Motion
- Inhale as you lift one leg towards the opposite side, aiming to touch the floor with your foot.
- Simultaneously, twist your torso and turn your head in the opposite direction.
- Feel a stretch across your chest, shoulders, and abs.
- Switch sides when prompted
