The Scorpion Chest Stretch is a dynamic movement that involves lying face down, lifting the legs, and arching the back. This stretch targets the chest, shoulders, and abdominals, enhancing flexibility and spinal mobility.

Starting position

  1. Lie face down on the floor with arms extended to the sides.
  2. Palms should be facing down, and feet should be hip-width apart.

Motion

  1. Inhale as you lift one leg towards the opposite side, aiming to touch the floor with your foot.
  2. Simultaneously, twist your torso and turn your head in the opposite direction.
  3. Feel a stretch across your chest, shoulders, and abs.
  4. Switch sides when prompted
