Wall Pectoral StretchRepeat for each leg/arm
The Wall Pectoral Stretch is an effective stretch to open up the chest muscles. Stand facing a wall, place your palm on it, and gently rotate away, feeling a deep stretch across your chest and front shoulder.
Starting position
- Stand facing a wall with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Place one palm on the wall at shoulder height with elbow slightly bent.
Motion
- Gently rotate away from the wall.
- Feel a deep stretch across your chest and front shoulder.
- Hold the position for the time shown on the countdown.
- To release, rotate back to the starting position.
