The Wall Pectoral Stretch is an effective stretch to open up the chest muscles. Stand facing a wall, place your palm on it, and gently rotate away, feeling a deep stretch across your chest and front shoulder.

Starting position

  1. Stand facing a wall with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Place one palm on the wall at shoulder height with elbow slightly bent.

Motion

  1. Gently rotate away from the wall.
  2. Feel a deep stretch across your chest and front shoulder.
  3. Hold the position for the time shown on the countdown.
  4. To release, rotate back to the starting position.
Tips
  1. Maintain a comfortable stretch without overexertion.
  2. Engage your core for better stability during the stretch.
