Shoulder Shrugs

Shoulder Shrugs are a simple yet effective movement to enhance shoulder mobility. Lift your shoulders towards your ears and roll them in circular motions to relieve tension and improve flexibility.

Starting position

  1. Stand or sit comfortably with a straight back and relaxed shoulders.
  2. Keep your arms by your sides, and let them hang naturally.

Motion

  1. Lift your shoulders towards your ears in a shrugging motion.
  2. Hold the shrugged position for a few breaths, then relax your shoulders.
  3. Repeat the process in a rhythmic fashion until the timer finishes.
