Shoulder Shrugs
Shoulder Shrugs are a simple yet effective movement to enhance shoulder mobility. Lift your shoulders towards your ears and roll them in circular motions to relieve tension and improve flexibility.
Starting position
- Stand or sit comfortably with a straight back and relaxed shoulders.
- Keep your arms by your sides, and let them hang naturally.
Motion
- Lift your shoulders towards your ears in a shrugging motion.
- Hold the shrugged position for a few breaths, then relax your shoulders.
- Repeat the process in a rhythmic fashion until the timer finishes.
