Tricep Dip Stretch

The Tricep Dip Stretch is a bodyweight exercise that targets the triceps and shoulders. Sit on the edge of a sturdy chair, place your hands on the chair beside your hips, and lift your body off the seat, lowering yourself for a deep tricep stretch.

Starting position

  1. Sit on the edge of a sturdy chair with your hands placed beside your hips.

Motion

  1. Press through your palms to lift your body off the chair.
  2. Lower your body by bending your elbows, feeling a stretch in your triceps.
  3. Keep your back close to the chair and avoid arching or rounding.
Tips
  1. Ensure proper alignment of your wrists during exercises. Keep them in a neutral position rather than excessively flexed or extended.
