Wrist Circles

Wrist Circles are a simple yet effective exercise to improve wrist mobility and flexibility. By tracing circles with your wrists, you enhance blood circulation and reduce stiffness, benefiting activities involving hand movements.

Starting position

  1. Sit or stand comfortably with a straight posture.
  2. Extend your arms in front of you, forming loose fists with your hands.

Motion

  1. Begin tracing small circles with your wrists in a clockwise direction.
  2. Continue the circular motion for the specified time.
  3. Switch to counterclockwise circles when prompted.
  4. Keep the movements controlled and fluid, focusing on your wrists.
