Starting position
- Sit or stand comfortably with a straight posture.
- Extend your arms in front of you, forming loose fists with your hands.
Motion
- Begin tracing small circles with your wrists in a clockwise direction.
- Continue the circular motion for the specified time.
- Switch to counterclockwise circles when prompted.
- Keep the movements controlled and fluid, focusing on your wrists.
