Wrist Extensor Stretch
Repeat for each leg/arm

The Wrist Extensor Stretch is a valuable exercise to improve wrist flexibility and relieve tension in the forearm extensor muscles. By gently bending the wrist backward, this stretch helps counteract strain from activities like typing or gripping.

Starting position

  1. Sit or stand comfortably with a straight back.
  2. Extend one arm in front of you, palm facing down.

Motion

  1. Use your opposite hand to gently bend your wrist backward, fingers pointing toward the floor.
  2. Feel a stretch along the top of your forearm and wrist.
  3. Hold the stretch for the time shown on the countdown.
  4. Switch sides when prompted to balance the stretch.
Tips
  1. Perform the stretch with gentle, controlled movements.
  2. Focus on feeling a gradual stretch, not sharp pain.
