Wrist Flexor Stretch
Repeat for each leg/arm

The Wrist Flexor Stretch is designed to enhance wrist flexibility and alleviate tension in the forearm flexor muscles. By gently bending the wrist and fingers downward, this stretch helps counteract the effects of activities like typing or gripping.

Starting position

  1. Sit or stand comfortably with a straight back.
  2. Extend one arm in front of you, palm facing up.

Motion

  1. Use your opposite hand to gently bend your wrist and fingers downward.
  2. Feel a stretch along the bottom of your forearm and wrist.
  3. Hold the stretch for the time shown on the countdown.
  4. Switch sides when prompted for balanced flexibility.
